Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas exceeding brand standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport shuttle drivers)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management software
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- FL Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
