Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out, concierge, and valet stations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain guest satisfaction logs
- Process reservations, manage room assignments, and coordinate housekeeping communications
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with dining, events, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room inspection and facility maintenance
- Train new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office
- Valid Arizona driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic financial handling experience with cash management
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
