Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge duties
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if transportation required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
