Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping positions
- Process check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
