Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge roles

- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently with attention to detail

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in diverse environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) a plus
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 30 lbs
