Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including answering phones, taking reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel property by following all standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle small cash transactions and maintain accurate records of petty cash.
- Adhere to all company policies, dress codes, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use hotel management software is a plus.
