Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring personalized experiences and prompt issue resolution
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during peak and off-peak seasons
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and emergency procedures
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed, including setup and guest assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
