Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with any inquiries or special requests.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately using hotel management software.
- Perform laundry, vacuuming, and restocking amenities in guest suites.
- Resolve minor guest issues or complaints to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
