We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at The Grand Denver Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable environment during their stay.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, linens, and towels, to maintain a fully prepared room.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to the engineering department immediately.
- Sort, wash, and fold laundry according to strict hotel protocols and color-coding systems.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, addressing any immediate needs or requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently within shift hours.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
