Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage room inventory and coordinate maintenance requests
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest areas and back-of-house spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company brand standards
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required for errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish language skills a plus
