Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experiences.
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, change linens, dust, sanitize surfaces, and restock amenities to meet our high standards.
- Stocking: Monitor and restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure all necessary materials are always available.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items to management immediately.
- Customer Service: Answer guest inquiries and address any concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train motivated candidates on the job.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.
- Documents: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
