Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in both El Paso and New York locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and answering phone inquiries.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols during shifts.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
