Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor at the front desk and throughout the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Restock amenities in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure high standards of quality.
- Answer phone calls and take accurate messages or reservations.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
