Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas per brand standards
- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols consistently

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid Kansas driver's license (if transportation needed)
