Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and spot-clean surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy toward guests and colleagues at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Sort and remove linens and trash from guest rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire for cleanliness.
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
