Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Maintain spotless guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service in our on-site restaurant
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure guest wellbeing
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
