Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine room cleanliness and hotel facilities according to brand standards
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest services for conference/meeting rooms
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure environment
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
