Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality excellence
- Collaborate with cross-department teams during peak seasons and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (if required for transportation duties)
- Food Handler's/ServSafe certification a plus
