Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Make beds and replace linens to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries and amenities.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned area.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
