Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide information about local attractions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the front desk or service area.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform light maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for all roles.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
