Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas, guest rooms, and lobby spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries, check-in/check-out processes, and local recommendations.
- Perform security patrols and ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading luggage for guests during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
