Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain AAA-rated standards
- Operate POS systems and manage financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues proactively
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hotel/hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid California food handler/servsafe certification preferred
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
