Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, lobby, and common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces
- Support food & beverage operations in restaurant and banquet services
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-system aptitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required)
