Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key assignments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services to enhance guest convenience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management systems (PMS).
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
