Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm greetings and prompt assistance
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and resourcefulness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Michigan driver's license (preferred for errands)
