- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying reservation details and collecting payments.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally to respond to inquiries.
- Assist guests with luggage, local transportation, and directions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor the lobby area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Handle complaints or issues with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use property management systems.
