Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Handle billing discrepancies and payment processing accurately
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel or high-volume hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for property tours)
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols
- Customer service certification preferred
- Multi-language skills a plus (Spanish, French, Mandarin)
