Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel or hospitality industry experience
- Proven customer service excellence with conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid work authorization for the United States
