Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-stocked.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are a plus, but training is provided.
