Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and guest relations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and hotel policies
- Support event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for shuttle drivers)
- Ability to pass background check
