- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
