Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Assist with event setup and banquet service as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all brand and health/safety protocols
Qualifications
