Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using hotel management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and reception area
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
