Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support special events and guest requests with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
