Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Maintain clean and organized guest rooms and common areas
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and POS terminals
- Assist with event setup and guest requests (concierge duties)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for position)
