Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stay
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations as needed
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
