Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California food handler/serving permit
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
