Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate (if applicable to role)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
