Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying information and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and making beds, to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
- Handle luggage, provide directions, and recommend local attractions and dining options.
- Assist with special events and hotel functions as required.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
