Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in/out efficiently, and address any inquiries or special requests with a smile.
- Room Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our luxury standards.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel premises.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, handle reservations, and process payments accurately using our POS systems.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management immediately.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
