Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
- Execute safety protocols during emergency situations
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid MN Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak weekend hours
