Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and guest accounts
- Manage check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with exceptional guest service
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Generate daily financial reports for management review
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and guest requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for errands)
