Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identity and collecting payments.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly tone and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Customer Service: Address guest questions and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area in pristine condition and handle basic filing and data entry tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.
- Interpersonal: Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
