Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Managing guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Handling cash transactions and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Monitoring building security and access control protocols.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assisting with package deliveries and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Must be professional, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
