Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and processing reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Assist with housekeeping duties and room preparation as needed.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
