Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Assist in managing reservations and providing detailed information about local attractions and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
