Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the property is fully stocked.
- Maintain safety and security protocols, including monitoring cameras and access control.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
