Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate room turnover efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby, restaurant, and pool areas, ensuring they are pristine and well-stocked.
- Adhere to all hotel safety policies and emergency procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and walk throughout the hotel.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a proactive problem-solving attitude.
