Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the lobby, front desk, and public areas are pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues promptly.
- Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, including processing payments, answering phones, and managing mail services.
- Event Support: Help facilitate hotel events and functions by setting up spaces and supporting guests during special occasions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but we highly welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
