Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage hotel reservations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist with daily housekeeping coordination and lobby maintenance to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation with professionalism.
- Handle complaints or special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the brand's luxury image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
